Like most high school athletes, we handled our own college recruiting.
We built the recruiting page we would use today.
Before
Getting recruited is harder when the information and how it travels are disconnected and out of date.
After
One public web page moves through recruiting the way athletes actually share information today.
Your page evolves with you
Athletes
Athletes control the page, the information coaches see when they open it, and the way it's shared.
Parents
Parents can help manage the page, follow page activity, and stay involved throughout their athlete’s recruiting.
Coaches and family
The people helping athletes can share the page and stay connected to the process.
Two brothers with the same experience
Like most athletes, we started recruiting by waiting for inbound interest and hoping the right program would notice us.
Over time, we realized we needed to rethink our approach because getting better and simply waiting for interest limited our opportunities. That meant researching programs, finding contact information, calling and emailing coaches, attending camps, and finding ways to connect with the programs we wanted to play for.
We built SiteMVP around this realization that athletes have to take a proactive approach to recruiting, while also taking ownership of how they present themselves throughout the process.
SiteMVP reframes recruiting as an active campaign run by the athlete. Your page is a vehicle to start conversations and create opportunities for yourself. The app gives athletes one place to keep updating, sharing, tracking, and learning throughout recruiting.
